The working theory of these series Debarker Machine is batching dried debarking; its structure and feature are on the world advanced level which is made up of Knives Shaft, Drum, Feeding Baffle, Discharging Baffle, Electrical Control Cabinet and Transmission Device. These machines have the special dried debarking knives on the inner of the Drum; there is the high-speed knives shaft in the middle of Drum. So the operators don¡¯t need to add water when debarking, there is no pollution.

The biggest shortage can¡¯t realize the auto-feeding and auto-discharging. It is batch feeding and discharging. The operator will need to feed the logs into the Drum by hand, and then start the machine, after 30 minutes to stop the machine and discharge the debarked logs from the Drum by hand. The batch time is 30 minutes for each group of debarking job.
