1. The polishing raw material is made up from 10% fine sand, 20% engine/machine oil and 70% saw dust(Note: the mixing ratio is changeable depending on the lucency of inside the ring die ).

2. The best moisture of polishing material is 20%, the operator need to add water or oil into the polishing material according to the hardness of the wood pellet.

3. When the operator begin to polish the ring die, please surely go into a little polishing material slowly and continuously according to the read of the Current Volume Gauge (200-240A). The operator can go into the polishing material after seeing that the inletting polishing material out from the outlet gate.

If the inletting polishing material is not discharged from the outlet gate, please confirm whether it is the reason to add less polishing material, whether the moisture of polishing material is not suitable.

Please surely inspect the New Ring Die after polishing for 20-30 minutes to see the ratio of outlet, when the ration of outlet gets to 2/3 to 3/4, it is proved that the ring die is polished well.

4. After polishing the ring die, the operator can start the normal production with pure saw dust. Please surely remember that the operation must use the polishing material to clean the ring die for 10-20 minutes before they start the pellet mill, such this it can preheat the ring die and roller; and oppositely clean the ring die for 5 minutes after they will finish one day’s production, and brush some oil on the surface of ring die, such this it can make the good preparation for the next day’s production.

5. When the ring die will not be used, please make the workers to drill through the wholes of ring die, and brush oil on the surface of ring die avoiding rust.

6. When the operators feel that the temperature of polishing material is too high, they can add oil or water to reduce the temperature.
